When you receive the URL of your image, you can use the following methoid to display your button: 

Upload your button to your webspace and then place the url of your image in the following code:

If you don't have webspace and would like to displace the button in your sig or livejournal, you may diect link by placeing the URL you received in the email with the link to your button in the code. 

If you wish to use a smaller button, or wish to put up a button before yours is made, you may use the one of the following:
